Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the RevenCoreHub website and related services. By accessing or using RevenCoreHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

Platform refers to the RevenCoreHub web based platform offering core management and analytics solutions.

Services refer to consulting, integration, customization, and support offerings provided through the Platform.

Info Products refer to digital materials such as reports, whitepapers, and training modules sold or distributed via the Platform.

Goods refer to any physical items purchased through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Users may be required to register for an account to access certain areas of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon order confirmation. Payment methods are specified at checkout. Fees are non refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Refund requests for Services must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the service commencement date. To request a refund, please contact our team through the contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer the service to an alternative date or team member at no extra cost, provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

Certain on demand engagements or bespoke consulting packages are final and not eligible for refund due to the allocation of resources and planning commitments. These exceptions will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

5.2 Info Products

You may request a refund for Info Products within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content. Refund requests should be submitted via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method. Digital content that has been fully accessed or downloaded is not eligible for refund.

5.3 Goods

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you and process your refund within 15 days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Customized or sealed items that have been opened are not eligible for return.

6. Service Transfers

Clients may transfer booked Services to another date or team member by submitting a transfer request at least 7 days before the original service date. Transfers are subject to availability and do not incur additional fees.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles.
